How can you clear the browser cache of files?

Internet Explorer uses the “Caching”
technique to store the common elements
of the web pages that you visit. Though the
caching technique saves on some amount
of time by loading some elements of the
web page from the cache without having
to wait for the web site to send them, it
can cause problems with some web sites
by causing incorrect loading of content
of some web pages. Clearing the browser
cache can also retrieve some disk space, in
case you are in need of some extra space.
To clear the fi les, inside the Internet
Explorer go to “Tools | Internet Options”
Under the “General” tab, click on
“Delete Files” to clear the cache.
An additional option of “Delete all
offl ine content” is displayed; selecting
this option will delete all the web pages
that you might have saved for viewing
them in the ‘offl ine’ mode.
